Anne Peters was born in 1982 in Eindhoven (Netherlands) and started with

photography in 2007.

“I didn’t read books or followed some kind of education in photography.

Just followed my intuition, point, and shoot. And people liked it.”

At first she was only interested in model-photography. A year later when

she was in Brazil she discovered  how much fun it is to take pictures of

the daily life. Back in the Netherlands it was a challenge to see a picture in

things you see every day and you’re normally just passing by.

“In Holland I see cows every day, everywhere and they all looked the same.

But when I start to take pictures of them I suddenly saw they are as different

as we humans are. I saw a challenge in visualizing their unique characteristics.”

Digital painting is something she also does but photography stays the number

one passion in her life. “Photography is not just a passion. It feels like if it belongs to my life needs. I also just don’t want to stick to one style or one subject. I want the whole experience.”
